FITT Golf
DISCLAIMER: This is an 8-week golf orientated physical training program held at The Toll House Health & Wellness. Participants who register will engage in weekly fitness training workouts with a focus to improve foundational mobility, core stability, and muscular strength.
FITT Golf is a golf specific fitness program designed for all levels of golfers, to help build the basic physical aspects and fundamentals of golf that will guide you on your way to an improved golf game.
This 8-week FITT Golf program is Phase 1 (entry phase) of a progressive 4-Phase training program. To experience the benefits of how a routine structured training can positively impact your golf play, participants are encouraged to register and complete Phase 1 with the objective to progress through all four Phases.
Regardless of where you are in your golfing journey, joining our 8-week FITT Golf program is sure to provide you with not only an enjoyable experience but some great training knowledge to help better your game!
The program includes:
- Initial and post program fitness testing conducted by Moore Park Golf PGA Pro Coach and Toll House Fitness Coach – Weeks 1 and 8.
- 1 x Weekly Golf Specific Group Training Session at The Toll House conducted by a Certified Fitness Coach – weeks 2-7.
- Stables gym-only membership for the duration of the 8-week program.
- Access to book and participate if one Toll House Legacy Strength class for each week of the program (8 Legacy classes). This class is to be completed in addition to your 1 x Weekly Golf Specific Group Training Session.
- 8 x 30-minute vouchers for the MPG driving range (1 voucher per week).

FITT Golf will be run at The Toll House Health & Wellness, located at Moore Park Golf.
Program commences the week of Monday 9th February, and finishes on the week ending Sunday 5th April.
Schedule for classes
- Monday evenings – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- Wednesday evenings – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
- Thursdays evenings – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Participants can choose from one of the above time slots for the entirety of the program. There are just 6 spots available in each group!
