Your responses help us to continue improving our services around the venue.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The prize draw is open to all participants who complete the survey in full and provide their contact details at the end.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter to be eligible to win.
- Employees of Moore Park Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Each participant is limited to one entry.
- Entry Period:
- Entries will be counted from the survey launch date of Monday 16 December 2024 and closes on 15 January 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
- Moore Park Golf has the right to extend the end date should the survey window be extended, at which entries into the prize draw may extend beyond close date listed above.
- How to Enter:
- To enter the draw, participants must complete the entire survey and submit their contact details at the end of the survey.
- Prize:
- Win 1 of 10:
Round of 18 hole Golf + a shared cart for you and three friends AND a 90 Minute booking at Moore Park Golf Driving Range.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the survey period.
- The draw will take place on 16 January 2025, unless the survey window is extended, in which case the draw date will be rescheduled accordingly.
- Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the end of the survey within 24 hours of the prize draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, another winner will be selected at random.
- Prize Redemption:
- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of winner notification.
- The prize will be given to the winner via email for the winner to redeem.
- General:
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Moore Park Golf reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
